True love... Does it exist? :-? Maybe it does, or at least your imagination says it does. As long as you have someone special to care about and who cares about you and makes each day happier you tend to think that it exists and everybody will experience it. But when it all ends, you just curse everything that stands in your way, cry your eyes out and sometimes it can get to even suicide.... But those are extreme cases. Usually, you cry for a long, long time, say you hate life, but it all stops when the beginning of a new story similar to the old one that made you suffer takes place....
So, I ask again.... Does true love exist? Isn't it just a sweet prelude to a never-ending period of suffering and tears? Or isn't it just a marvellous illusion meant to make us happy for some time? Maybe I will figure all this out when my true love story takes place.....

Hell, of course it exists! And you know you're living it when nothing else matters, when you don't care if the grass is greener some place else, when your world is "him", when you feel safe, loved...happy in that special person's arms.
True love is out there, somewhere. It has an end, but only if the two people agree to it. Maybe it is, as you said, just a "prelude"...I believe it's what we live for.
